    A septic inspection involves locating the septic tank, visually assessing the levels, and looking for cracks. The septic system can be one of the most expensive features in a home to replace. Maintenance and inspection is critical to ensure proper drainage of sewer materials.

  • Price: $125

    Water samples are taken and analyzed by an independent laboratory. The water quality is tested for contaminants like bacteria, nitrates, and heavy metals to ensure safe drinking water.

    We use advanced equipent to accurately measure radon levels in your home. Radon is an odorless, radioactive gas. It is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. In Michigan, approximately 1 in 4 homes contain elevated radon levels above the EPA’s action level.

    We can complete two options for a mold inspection.

    1) A surface mold inspection which involves a swab sample that is tested by a laboratory to determine mold species. This option is best when we suspect growth on surfaces.

    2) An air quality mold inspection which involves taking an indoor and outdoor air sample for comparison.
