Who we are

We are a husband and wife team. My name is Kendall and my husband is Kyle Holmes. We are dedicated to providing you with the best home inspection.

In the state of Michigan, there are no requirements for home inspectors. What does this mean? Most inspectors will not have completed any training or certification. We decided this was unacceptable. We have taken classes, completed the National Home Inspector Exam, and gained our certification. We are qualified and certified to give you peace of mind.

Outside of home inspections, we spend a lot of time at Home Depot, completing projects on our home, interior decorating, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with our dog Moose.
